What makes a good picture? How do you get better at making great photos? Starting with great artists of the past, you'll see how the masters developed their ideas of composition, light, and color, and how you can apply those same ideas to your own photos. Then we'll take you through a series of exercises to help you develop your natural artistic eye and improve the overall quality of your photographs.
With practice, intent, and a little inspiration, you'll learn to develop your own creativity through the expressive power of photography.

Exploring Nighttime & Low Light Photography
After the sun goes down, there's a whole other world to explore with your camera. In this class you'll learn all about getting sharp, colorful, dramatic photos long after daylight has faded into darkness.

We'll take a look at camera settings and composition ideas for a variety of situations including landscapes, late night street photography, and the night sky. And we'll even get creative with some fun light painting tricks.
